Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a VTON subscription from your account billing settings or by contacting support.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated on your plan.

Credits after cancellation

Remaining credits may stay available until they expire under your plan terms. Cancellation does not automatically convert unused credits into a refund.
