Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to VTON subscription plans, credit packs, and other paid purchases on the platform.

Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for unused purchases where required by applicable law, or where a payment was made in error and unused credits remain.

Used credits

Credits that have already been consumed for generations or other billable actions are generally not refundable.

How to request a refund

Submit a request through the Contact Us page with your account email, order or transaction reference, and reason for the request. We will review eligible cases and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
