1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to V-TON, an AI-powered fashion creation and virtual try-on platform engineered and provided by Microprixs ("Microprixs", "V-TON", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern your access to and usage of our web applications, APIs, model generation studio, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, creating an account, or interacting with the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please immediately discontinue using our platform.

 

2. Description of Services & AI Processing

V-TON provides AI-driven apparel photoshoot rendering, virtual try-ons, custom synthetic model creation, background swapping, image upscaling, and image-to-video runway generation.

To deliver these high-resolution fashion renders, your uploaded images, flatlay product photos, and styling prompts are processed using a hybrid pipeline of proprietary Microprixs algorithms and specialized infrastructure. All processing is scoped strictly to generating output for your account requests.

 

3. User Eligibility & Platform Access

V-TON is intended for professional, commercial, e-commerce, and creative agency use. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to access and utilize our platform features.

All subscription plans provide full workspace access based on your available AI credits, without restrictive user or team seat limits.

 

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree to use V-TON solely for lawful apparel rendering and fashion marketing purposes. You are strictly prohibited from uploading or generating content that:

  • Violates intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
  • Contains explicit nudity, pornography, NSFW elements, or sexually exploitative material.
  • Creates non-consensual deceptive likenesses or deepfakes of real, identifiable individuals.
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal activities under applicable laws.
  • Employs automated scrapers, bots, or reverse-engineering techniques against our infrastructure.

Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of remaining credits, and potential legal reporting.

 

5. Credit Plans, Rollover & Refund Policy

Credit Deduction: V-TON tools consume credits based on task complexity (e.g. Virtual Try-On, Model Generation, or Runway Video). Top-up credit recharge packs can also be purchased as needed.

Credit Rollover Guarantee:Your unused credits do not expire upon plan repurchase! When you renew or repurchase a subscription plan, any remaining unused credit balance automatically rolls over and accumulates into your active account.

No Refund Policy: Since we offer a free trial tier to evaluate output quality before committing, all purchases made through direct payment gateways (PayU, Cards, UPI) are final and non-refundable, regardless of credit consumption status. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

 

6. Intellectual Property & Custom Models

  • User Content Ownership: You retain full commercial ownership rights over all generated outputs created using your input apparel photos. You can freely use them across e-commerce, marketing, and social media channels.
  • Platform Asset Library: Backgrounds, default stock models, and poses provided in our core library remain the exclusive intellectual property of Microprixs.
  • Custom Model Exclusivity: Custom synthetic models trained using Gold or Platinum creator features remain private and exclusive to your workspace account.
  • No AI Model Training License: Microprixs does not use your uploaded product images or generated renders to train or fine-tune public foundation AI models.

 

7. AI Limitation & Liability Disclaimer

V-TON outputs are generated using artificial intelligence algorithms. While we strive for studio-grade accuracy, outputs may occasionally display variations in fabric drape, texture, or lighting behavior. Outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Microprixs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or dissatisfied creative expectations. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during your current billing cycle.

 

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
