  • Uploaded Content & Assets: Apparel images, custom text prompts, generation parameters, and resulting AI outputs stored to manage your creative history.
  • Custom Model Metadata: Details associated with personalized AI models generated within advanced tiers.
  • Payment & Subscription Data: Customer identifiers and transaction records managed through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayU, App Store providers). We do not store raw credit card numbers.
  • Usage & Technical Telemetry: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, prediction history, selected AI models, and general region location via analytics tools.

Note: We do not collect or process biometric data or real facial likenesses. All model visuals are synthesized artificially through AI models.

 

3. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected information for the following core purposes:

  • Operating and running V-TON features, processing image try-ons, and delivering high-resolution renders.
  • Tracking credit allocations, managing subscriptions, and processing invoices.
  • Sending transactional communications, system updates, and support responses.

Important AI Privacy Commitment:

We do not use your uploaded images, custom models, or generated output content to train or fine-tune our underlying AI models. Data is processed strictly to fulfil your requests and perform automated safety checks.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with verified third-party service providers essential for running V-TON under strict confidentiality agreements, including:

  • Cloud Storage & Hosting: Secure infrastructure providers (such as AWS) to host your workspace data.
  • Payment Gateways: Secure processors (like Stripe or PayU) handling transactions independently.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel to evaluate platform performance without exposing identifiable personal files.

 

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security protocols, including robust TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, strict access control lists, and encrypted storage environments.

Your data remains stored as long as your account is active. You retain full control to delete individual image outputs, gallery history, or wipe your entire account and associated custom models directly from your dashboard settings at any time.

In accordance with major global frameworks, you hold the right to:

  • Access & Portability: Request a full copy or download your user assets and history.
  • Correction & Deletion: Fix inaccurate details or erase your user records entirely.
